Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the use of hampshiretrucksandvans.co.uk and to vehicles supplied by LMS Trading Group Ltd (trading as Hampshire Trucks & Vans), company number 16456615, registered in England & Wales.

1. Website use

Content on this website is for general information. Vehicle specifications, prices and availability are kept up to date but may change without notice. Images are representative; the supplied vehicle is the specific stock item identified on the invoice.

2. Pricing & availability

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. A vehicle is only reserved once a deposit is received and acknowledged in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where pricing has been published in error, or where we cannot verify identity for anti-money-laundering purposes.

3. Deposits

Deposits are taken to reserve a specific vehicle for a defined period and are typically non-refundable once paid, unless the vehicle cannot be supplied as described, the sale falls through due to a fault on our part, or distance-selling rights apply (see Consumer Rights below). Bank-transfer deposits should use the vehicle’s registration as the payment reference.

4. Vehicle condition

Used vehicles are sold subject to a written specification and any noted condition points. Where a warranty is supplied, the warranty terms apply in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Delivery & collection

Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection; title passes only on receipt of cleared funds in full.

6. Finance

We do not provide credit ourselves. Where finance is required we can introduce you to a limited number of lenders — see our Finance Disclosure.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with a vehicle is limited to the price paid.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
