Finance Disclosure

LMS Trading Group Ltd, trading as Hampshire Trucks & Vans, is a credit broker, not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers to help fund the purchase of a vehicle.

How we work

• We do not charge you a fee for introducing you to a lender.
• We may receive a commission from the lender for the introduction. The amount or rate of that commission can vary by lender and product; it does not change the rate or terms offered to you.
• You will receive full pre-contract information from the lender before you sign anything.

Affordability

Finance is subject to status, affordability checks and the lender’s acceptance. Applicants must usually be UK residents aged 18 or over. Borrowing should always be considered carefully — if you are worried about repayments, free, impartial help is available from MoneyHelper.

FCA status

Our credit-broking permissions are confirmed in writing before any finance application is submitted. If you would like our FCA reference number for verification on the Financial Services Register, please ask and we will provide it.

Complaints

Any complaint about the way finance was arranged is handled under our Complaints Procedure. You may also have a right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
