Where are you based and can I view a vehicle?+
We're based at Unit 5i, Church Farm Buildings, Alton, GU34 5FZ. Viewings are by appointment so we can have the vehicle washed and ready for you.
Do you offer UK-wide delivery?+
Yes. We arrange covered or open transport to your door anywhere in mainland UK. Delivery is quoted per vehicle based on distance and the carrier we use.
Can I part-exchange my current vehicle?+
Absolutely. Send us details and photos via the Sell Your Vehicle page and we'll come back with an indicative figure, subject to inspection.
How do I reserve a vehicle?+
A reservation deposit — typically £500 — secures the vehicle for an agreed period. Bank-transfer deposits should quote the vehicle registration as the payment reference.
Is the deposit refundable?+
Deposits are non-refundable once paid, unless the vehicle cannot be supplied as described, the sale falls through due to a fault on our part, or distance-selling rights apply. See our Terms and Consumer Rights pages for detail.
Do you offer finance?+
We are a credit broker, not a lender, and can introduce you to a limited panel of lenders. See our Finance Disclosure page for full details.
Is the vehicle covered by a warranty?+
Where a warranty is provided, the terms are confirmed in writing. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition.
